DK1111 RL1 6lb

DK1111 is a foam blend of Neoprene and Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) for general purpose applications. Its closed cell structure minimizes water absorption and resists weathering, ultraviolet (UV), ozone and oxidation. With a low density of 2-5lbs/ft³, DK1111 is an excellent choice for use in industrial and commercial settings as the material is flexible, with good aging properties and compressibility. This material is ideal for weather-stripping applications.

DK1111 impermeable to water and air, which makes the material ideal for waterproof sealing and other gasketing use. It has a recommended temperature of -40 to 250°F (-40 to 121°C) and can be supplied with or without adhesive. DK1111 passes the flammability standard of FMVSS-302 and is UL-94 listed.

DK1111 has excellent resistance to oxidation, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum, natural gas, oils, gasoline, diluted acids, sodium hydroxides, chlorinated solvents, and oxygenated solvents.
