Accurate machine adjustment is an essential element of any alignment process. 

Our kits of pre–cut shims are available in four Standard (A,B,C,D) and three Jumbo (E,G,H) sizes with 13 different thicknesses from 0.001″ up to 0.125″.

Each size is also available as replacement pack of 20 pieces.

Our plastic shim stocks are colour-coded to easily identify the sheet’s thickness at one glance. Custom Gaskets Ltd. sells plastic shim materials in full sheets of 24” x 50” and in pre-cut sizes to fit your custom application.

Our shim stock is available in 16 different thicknesses from .0005″ up to .060″.
