If you have an account with us, please forward your PO to otherwise, you can call our main line at 604-263-1426 and kindly have your credit card and shipping information ready. Please provide your Provincial sales tax (PST) exemption number if you have one available.
Yes. We can process over the counter sales for non-account holders which can be paid with a credit card.
Yes. Gaskets or templates can be dropped-off for measuring or identification at our Receiving area during hours of operation. Please call 604-263-1426 or send an E-mail to beforehand so personnel can be notified ahead of time.

We accept 2D CAD files in DXF or DWG format and must be in 1:1 scale. If PSA is required, please indicate on the drawing which side(s) it will applied on.

Yes. We can provide samples or prototypes depending on the material availability, size, and quantity.

Our standard lead-time is 3-4 business days or sooner after receipt of order.

Yes. Outside of Canada and the US, we can only ship small packages up to 120 x 120 x 150cm in dimension and maximum recommend weight of 70 kg. There are no limitations if customer arranges for the pick-up (preferred).

We accept cash, cheque, wire transfer, and all major credit cards except AMEX. There is an additional 2% surcharge on all credit card payments.

If you have a discrepancy with your product, you may return any unused item(s) within the first 30 days after the original sale date for a full refund or credit.
Items returned for more than 30 days after the original sale date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no returns will be accepted for more than 90 days.

Please send an E-mail with detailed information regarding the order and reason for return to and we will provide an RMA Receiving Slip with return shipping instructions. This document MUST accompany all returning items.

We issue Credit Notes within 5-7 business days once the RMA has been approved and goods have been returned (if applicable).
