What kind of drawings do you prefer for quotes and production?
We accept 2D CAD files in DXF or DWG format and must be in 1:1 scale. If PSA is required, please indicate on the drawing which side(s) it will applied on.
Can I request a product prototype or sample material before placing my order?
Yes. We can provide samples or prototypes depending on the material availability, size, and quantity.
What is your standard lead time?
Our standard lead-time is 3-4 business days or sooner after receipt of order.
I need my product ASAP. Do you provide expedited lead-times?
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Outside of Canada and the US, we can only ship small packages up to 120 x 120 x 150cm in dimension and maximum recommend weight of 70 kg. There are no limitations if customer arranges for the pick-up (preferred).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, wire transfer, and all major credit cards except AMEX. There is an additional 2% surcharge on all credit card payments.
What is your return policy?
If you have a discrepancy with your product, you may return any unused item(s) within the first 30 days after the original sale date for a full refund or credit.
Items returned for more than 30 days after the original sale date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no returns will be accepted for more than 90 days.
I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
Please send an E-mail with detailed information regarding the order and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide an RMA Receiving Slip with return shipping instructions. This document MUST accompany all returning items.
