White Nitrile FDA (AB-366)

White Nitrile AB-366 is a smooth, premium grade sheet rubber manufactured by American Biltrite™. It has a hardness of 60 durometer and withstands a wide range of service temperatures from -40 to 200°F (-40 to 93°C). AB-366 can also be used for food applications (FDA compliant).

Nitrile, also known as Buna-N, is a popular elastomer that is manufactured from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. The White colour is commonly used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. This material is specially formulated to be non-marking. It is ideal for machinery gaskets and perfect for those in and around oil and grease food products.

AB-366 is designed for use with food applications and meets 3A Sanitary Standards, making it safe for dairy processing operations. In addition, this material has excellent resistance to oils commonly found in food items, such as animal fats and vegetable oils. It offers good abrasion resistance and very good resistance to alkalis and acids, making it a durable and reliable option for a variety of industrial applications.
