Nitrile (Transeal^® TG-65 )

The TG-65 TRANSEAL^® is a smooth, premium grade black Nitrile sheet manufactured by American Biltrite™. It has a hardness of 65 durometer and withstands a wide range of service temperatures from -20 to 250°F (-29 to 121°C).

Engineered specifically for use in electrical transformers, TRANSEAL^® meets or exceeds M4094E specifications. TRANSEAL^® is the ideal product for use in and around electrical equipment to maintain stability and prevent dangerous transformer explosions and fires. TRANSEAL^® rolls and slabs are stamped with “Transeal” for easy identification.

TG-65 proudly features superior resistance to petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, wide range of service temperatures, and very good resistance to alkalis and acids.
