Minseal 2030-E

The Minseal 2030-E is a laminated graphite sheet with reinforcement of .004” thick perforated 316 stainless steel tang insert, mechanically bonded. With its high carbon content, the flexible graphite allows for a superior chemical resistance, thermal conductivity, and sealability.

The 2030-E is manufactured from high purity Minseal Flexible Graphite 2010-B Industrial Grade (99% carbon) and is an exceptional sealing material for material for non-oxidizing environments with a working temperature range of up to 1800°F, the limit of stainless steel insert.

This product is an ideal sheet gasket material for most industrial fluid sealing applications. It is resistant to corrosive chemicals, high temperature, and high pressure. Additionally, 2030-E gaskets may substitute spiral wound gaskets (recommended for 150 and 300 class service) and is free from any hazardous materials.
