KLINGERSIL^® C-4401

Thermoseal C-4401 is our most popular compressed fiber material because of its excellent chemical and sealability characteristics while being reasonably priced.

C-4401 is manufactured from synthetic fibers with a nitrile binder system (NBR) and is an exceptional gasket material for sealing liquids in high temperature applications up to 750°F (399°C) and for sealing gases and steam at temperatures up to 450°F (232°C).

This material is typically used in petrochemical, chemical, food, paper, and transportation applications as a gasket or seal for compressors, pipe flanges, manways, pumps and valves.
