Viton™ with 1-PLY Nomex^®

Made with 100% genuine virgin Viton™, our Viton™ material with one-ply Nomex® is a black, fluoroelastomer polymer specifically compounded for improved fuel, oil, and chemical resistance with a 66% (minimum) fluorine content. This material features a one-ply spun Aramid Nomex® fabric with high tear resistance to provide strength which is suitable for diaphragm material. This fluorocarbon rubber sheet has a standard smooth surface finish.

Our Nomex® reinforced Viton™ sheets can be used with control valves, regulators, and pumps as they are designed for long service use. This Viton™ sheet material has a shore “A” hardness of 75 durometer and a temperature range of -13°F to +449°F (-25°C to +232°C).
