In an effort to navigate through the on-going COVID-19 global pandemic crisis, the following protocols are currently in effect:
- Entrance to main office is closed to the general public and will remain so until further notice.
- All order pickups or sample drop-offs are done at the main shipping window.
- No access to our warehouse facility without pre-screening and permission.
- Safety masks are mandatory as well as physical distancing of at least 6 feet must be maintained in all areas at all times.
- Custom Gaskets Ltd. must be informed in advance for assistance of in-person payments to reduce your waiting time.
- All order placements, inquires, and/or other transactions must be conducted through phone, email, or video conference.
- Regular cleaning and sanitation of all machines and workspaces.
Our commitment to you is that we will continue to make proactive decisions that are grounded in transparency and science – for our Employees and Customers we interact with. As we continue to closely monitor guidance from the provincial and national health authorities, we will continuously update our procedures as needed to adhere to the most effective health and safety standards.
